Scott is an Aries, hocky lover, and an exceptionally quick learner. He likes remaining up to date with the latest industry trends and advancements to provide the most effective solutions to our clients. He is also the photographer behind all of the company photos and has a passion to photograph cosplays at comic conventions, like ComiCon.
Jordan is known by many names (Air, Bird Man, Boy Wonder to name a few) and has over 25 years of experience specializing in the support of electrical, civil, surveying, architecture, and telecommunication. He works well under pressure and is an avid sports enthusiast with a particular passion for golf which may have started during his first job at a country club.
Chris is an exceptionally talented design extraordinaire with a contagious can-do attitude and a driving force within our team. This early bird excels in transforming design concepts into functional and accurate 3D models with details and content clients rely on for construction. Chris is known for his mentorship skills, providing guidance and support to his colleagues. Outside of work, he enjoys camping and embracing the great outdoors.
Luke is a dedicated and skilled mechanical engineer with a background in design engineering. He brings a mechanical edge to the team. Luke has a passion for creation in and out of the office. He indulges in golfing and baking delicious treats and enjoys experimenting with different recipes, techniques, and flavors.
Rajko is an avid cyclist and says he enjoys “football,” but we think he means soccer. He is a Balkan native and brings a wealth of knowledge all the way from Croatia to the team. Rajko holds a master’s degree in electrical engineering from Croatia and has significant experience as an electrical technician. He has become a champion of substation and BESS projects, and he performs electrical power system studies.
Aishwarya (Ash) is an animal-loving Gemini who is a competitive basketball player turned architect. At Phase X, she leverages her extensive 5+ years of experience in architecture and structural design to bring a holistic design philosophy with precision and excellence. Ash is a talented sketch artist and a phenomenal cook.
A visionary leader who focuses on strategic growth initiatives, ensuring Phase X continues to set industry standards and challenges the norm. Darlene is a licensed CPA and has spent the last 20 years working with some of the best entrepreneurs in the tech space to develop and accelerate startup operations, financial strategy, and business advisory to startup companies from seed to IPO. When she is not implementing growth and long-term vision business strategies, you will probably find her lifting weights at the gym, on a dance floor, or playing with her two sons. Darlene’s passionate about building high-performing teams that include the best-in-class talent to foster a creative and collaborative company culture.
